Kim, thats the only way to do it right now. As I understand it there was supposed to be a pending lines tab but for some reason it was left out of E9 and is supposed to be put back in at a later date

I'm currently reviewing E9 functionality and am wondering if those of
you currently on E9 have come up with an easy way to receive a single
line of a multi line po? Mass Receipt is the only way at this point
that I have found to receive any PO. Additionally it seems to me that
"Arrived" and then "Received" seems to add non-value activity to the
process?
