In Part Maintenance, go to the Lot tab and a click on "Expiry Date
Required". Then Epicor will pop up a window after the receipt has been
entered, asking for the date.

To edit on lots already created, there's a Lot Maintenance screen
somewhere under inventory management.

Brian.

In Vantage 6 in the receipt entry

When receiving product in you could receive the line and then you could
enter in a lot number for the part being received. If you opened up the
lot block it gave you an option of putting in an expiration date for the
part being received.

I cannot find this option in Epicor 9 receipt entry. Has anyone seen
this feature at the receiving level?

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Mary Horsey

The part must be set to have expiration dates. These can be set under the part form, from the lot tab. Set the checkbox and when a lot is generated for this partnum it will bring up a dialog box for you to enter the date.
