When we try opening the Application Help, we are getting an error message stating that the webpage cannot be displayed. Where is the Application Help web link stored or where can we check the website link to verify?

Did you install and configure your Application Help?  If not you need to download it from Epic web and set it up.  It's actually an internally hosted site.

Its definitely on Epic Web.  Did you look in the downloads? EpicorXXHelp.  Theres also documentation on it.
