Epicor application pool won't start after restart OS server

Dear all,

I need your advice. In my server I have job to restart the Server weekly, but recently after I restart the server, Epicor application pool not started and keep stopped. So, I need to start it manually. I am not changing any credential for this server but recently the application pool can’t start after I restart the server. maybe you guys can help me to fix this issue.

What does the server log say? Or Windows event viewer. One of them should have a clue as to why it’s not starting, or is stopping right away, I’m not sure which you mean. When you start it manually there is no problem? Check the application pool owner as well.
