Received an Epicor invoice for the first time in over a year…looks like billing is back up.

Except it isn’t and the bill is nearly triple what it should be…good grief. Being billed for over a year 2024-2025 that we were already billed and paid before they broke their system.

They acknowledged at Insights that they were having billing issues. Work with your CAM and hopefully can get it fixed without too much trouble.

Ya having trouble by not sending invoices…now they’re sending and it’s out to lunch by a mile…
