Is this a new problem? Or is this the first time you are trying to use it via the TS?

hi
user deployed client to pc …and all worls fine
also installed on TS and . off line…
Peter

Have you tried reinstalling on the TS? Can any user on the TS access Epicor?

We currently have this problem… can you elaborate on how you fixed this? thanks

Hi could you elaborate please thanks

What version is your TS? Your TLS level has to be upgraded to connect to Epicor SaaS.
