Hi Cynthia,
Thank you for your response. We are on Kinetic Cloud 2025.1.11 and user setup in Kinetic is set to allow API V1 and has been tested with multiple users. Recently I noticed on the Biscit site the user must be non-SSO. We have our user accounts in Epicor-Kinetic setup for SSO as that is what requires them to log in with an Email address thru Epicor IDP. If I clear that checkbox then that account can log in using Basic Authentication which is what I was trying to prevent. Our user accounts are setup in Epicor to require SSO and use MFA in Epicor IDP. Can you confirm, in order to use EKW with Epicor IDP the user account in Epicor cannot be setup to require SSO ? For now we are logging into the scanner using Basic Auth on the scanner.
