Seeking ERP Administrator
for Manufacturing Facility in Clackamas County, Oregon

The ERP Administrator is
responsible for independently administering, maintaining and enhancing the
capability of the company’s ERP system within a multi-location, international
manufacturing environment.  This position
is required to maintain and optimize other critical enterprise software
applications and provide internal customer support to ensure user, department
and company success.   

This full time position is based in Clackamas County, Oregon.  Competitive pay based on experience and

Minimum
Job Qualifications:

  • Requires a 4 year degree in Information
    Systems or Business Administration, or equivalent related experience.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of active manufacturing
    IT systems experience. Finance related experience also preferred.

  • Must have performed, lead and managed Epicor
    ERP system upgrade project(s). 

  • Microsoft SQL Database and related programs,
    Crystal Reports, Epicor BAQ and VB/C# programming knowledge preferred.

  • Requires excellent communication skills (oral
    and written), strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and
    independently prioritize work.

     

Job Duties:

 


  • Effectively develop, scope, budget, organize and manage
    the upgrades and implementation of ERP and other business software.

  • Independently provide daily user support for all software
    related issues, utilizing available resources where necessary to drive to
    resolution.

  • Proactively identify and implement enhanced system
    capabilities and features.

  • Lead and manage IT related projects across multiple
    departments.

  • Partner with all functional areas to develop and implement
    system changes based on fluctuating business needs and to support
    corporate initiatives.

  • Create, where needed, and maintain corporate system(s)
    process documentation, including function specific guides and training
    materials.

  • Maintain full system(s) functionality to ensure business
    continuity. This requires advanced ERP troubleshooting, technical problem
    solving and documentation of all identified issues and the successful
    resolutions.

  • Understand functional area business processes across the
    organization.

  • Meet regularly with functional areas to understand and
    interpret business needs and requirements. Implement and maintain systems
    based solutions to support the business with a consistent focus on
    excellent customer service.

  • Serve as project manager on software implementation
    projects, working with team members to ensure proper testing is completed
    prior to launch.

  • Maintain customer master and customer price lists.

  • Understand and support the Disaster Recovery Planning and
    on-going systems testing.

  • Stay up to date and partner with our ERP Systems provider
    with updates and future releases.

  • Must be able to take project lead to initiate continuous
    improvement projects and see them through to fruition.

  • Requires working some overtime to support company
    requirements and is on call 24/7.

  • Requires travel 10% - 20% of the time
