Hey everyone
Myself and another developer at our company are trying to make use of the global customer functionality. We’ve been following this post specifically for some guidance: Running Multi Company Direct Server process Via Function
I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what the actual linking function would look like. We’re wanting for the linking to be automatic that way a user can make a customer global in the parent company and then have that customer be linked properly to a customer in a child company without us having to go in and do it manually each time.
I’m pretty familiar with navigating Epicor as far as functions, stack tracing, BPMs, etc. but I’m genuinely lost when it comes to even starting this particular project. Both of us have considering reaching out to a third party for assistance, but if we can avoid that, then that would be great. I’m not even sure if this is possible to do with a function, so any help would be greatly appreciated
