I have just set up label printing with Bartender so that when we receive a Purchase Order and press print a label is printed out.

What I need to do is specify how many labels we want printing? Has anyone achieved this?

There is a NumLabels field on the Receipt Line. This can be filled in during Receiving.

Thanks, I didn’t spot that field.

FYI: You can also link the NumLables to the Quantity field in the BPM print. I like this better than configuring Bartender to make duplicates based on a field because if you do it at the BPM level you will get separate records for Bartender and no need to do “Magic” in Bartender.
