Hi, I installed EKM Version 10.6 walked through the installation, and logged in with the admin account now I wanted to access the Workarea to use it in Producer but it shows me that

If you go here, does your user have permissions to the Workarea?

Had this issue before, and had to do a few things on initial setup to get it working with regard to permissions.

I tried to access that link it shows me that
also in the initial setup I added ‘admin’ as a super user but it shows me that

Also tried to install it on two different machines that’s so weird 
Has anyone found an alternative to EKM for generating Word documentation, automatically annotating mouse clicks and text entry into fields, with the outlining and balloons? I was messing around with ActivePresenter. It exports to Word, but the slides I was able to generate with it aren’t what I had hoped for.
