We are looking into implementing Epicor Mobile Warehouse. We are interested in getting information on what other companies are using it for as well as what devices they are running it on.
We know there are a lot of functions it can be used for. We want to make sure we are not trying to over complicate it. We already have users who hear handhelds and are skeptical, we have the licensing for data collection and attempted to use our handhelds (Intermec CK75) however the lag that we encountered with them created more issues. We scrapped the idea pretty quickly to just use computers for all the processes we wanted the handheld technology for.
