Epicor Online Help is Down

I tried to access help, but it wasn’t working… I put in an EpiCare case, and they confirmed that the online help system is down. Figured this might save some time for you all…

FYI - not trying to be a smartaleck - this is what we’re getting here (browser, hosted on-prem) when selecting articles - videos are working as that’s going to brightcove-dot-net…

Hi John, the hosting provider for videos is different from articles, which is why videos are not impacted.

Yep…still down at 830a on Thursday in the US…

EDIT: and down at 10a too. Is it just me or should something have been put out on EpicCare alerting users about the ongoing outage?
