I tried to access help, but it wasn’t working… I put in an EpiCare case, and they confirmed that the online help system is down. Figured this might save some time for you all…
We are aware that access to online help articles is currently unavailable. We are actively working with the hosting provider and will post back when the issue is resolved.
FYI - not trying to be a smartaleck - this is what we’re getting here (browser, hosted on-prem) when selecting articles - videos are working as that’s going to brightcove-dot-net…
I know…was just giving a heads-up…good luck with the hosting provider, never an enjoyable experience as you feel helpless 'cuz it is 100% out of your hands.
