Can refreshing the Pilot database in the Epicor Public Cloud cause a pause or hiccup in the live production database at any time during this process?

I’ve never noticed anything in Prod. The only possible thing that could pause is some blocking for the backup to make sure it keeps data integrity.
The restore, etc. is on an entirely different server, so prod shouldn’t feel that. Now, if the Pilot instance Task Agent points back to the Prod server or there are any hard coded references to same, then you may have issues.
