I am wondering which kind of servers do we need ? we have about 150 users but a lot of BPM ! can you guys provide me an idea about the database server and the app servers config ? CPU/RAM/ Storage …

Check the sizing guide in the documentation.
FWIW, we’ve got 8 virtual CPU’s, 24GB of RAM and like 300GB of storage on the app server and the same for the DB (double-ish the storage, but we have more than Epicor on it). We don’t run into performance issues unless something bugs out. Our user base is maybe half your size.
I believe there is a portal that they are making available very shortly that should enable you to restart your own app servers and such @klincecum any news on that or ETA that you know about?
I have been told that is available to preview team and going to be released possibly in with the 2023.2 release.
we’re moving to the cloud soon and the self service portal was one of the requirements I had before I could move forward.
I haven’t heard anything in a while.
I would expect from conversations a while back, 2024.X.
The portal is designed to work with AKS environments, so they have to get their infrastructure & migrations done first.
