I’ve searched and searched and seems like every post about Social is a one question, one answer post and often the answer isn’t exact, more along the lines of why do you need it. I am looking for any current users to point me in the direction of some guidance for setup/best practices, etc. I started doing some testing and am running into a few roadblocks that I would rather get a free answer before reaching out to Epicor for consulting time. Anyone utilizing Social that has some time to answer some basic setup questions?
Specifically Notification Source Administration?
