2 users across the company when logging onto there pc’s and loading epicor it says reconnecting to server but everyone elses works what is this down to ?
We quite often get that when a users Windows password expires
They are able to log in and between logging in and when they launch Epicor their password expires and then they get that reconnecting message

We had that same thing @LBARKER . It was due to an attack on their user which caused their windows account to get locked out.
Yes, we’ve had a lot of lock out from attacks too

still same issue the three users cant log in as themselves on there pc but if they use another use then there user on epicor it works
Do you use Active Directory? Check that their accounts are not blocked, can they access other network resources
Did they used to be able to access Epicor or are they new users
Check their security access on the network
Hello They used to have access then our server went down and since bringing epicor back up these users cant get back on they can ping the server they can enter a folder on there
Check that they haven’t got old windows network credentials stored in credential manager on their pc
One time we had to add network credentials manually into the credential manager on a users pc so they could access Epicor
the worrying thing is 1 of the users pc is a new windows 10 install
