Epicor UserID always show invalid

I created the Epicor User for employee. When I Tpye the user ID, error message poped up, show invalid user ID. but if i copy user id from user account maintenance, everything is fine. when i copy and paste userid and send to employee, the userid is still wrong.

the problem is the user ID is only working when I copy it from User account maintenance. I’ m pretty sure I typed the exactly same user ID as user account maintenance.

Could anyone advise this problem?

Is there a space in the ID somewhere (like beginning/end)?

Delete and Recreate the ID,
Check Spaces, or any special character in the user id OR in PWD… Keep pwd simple, this can be change later by the user.
