When I go to the download page on epicweb Sign In, I get the following message:
Sorry, this item hasn’t been shared with you.
7:10 AM Central time. I wonder if this is happening to just me. Can someone try to get there and see if they get the same message?
Link works fine for me. The “Sorry, this item hasn’t been shared with you.” sounds like a share point message to do with permissions. Perhaps you need to contact Epicor?

Do you have the @web at the end of your user name in the download screen? This has bitten me before.
I get the same error message too that it “hasn’t been shared with you.”
