The new site is has a lot of "Work As Intended Bugs... I mean features" :-) at least the old one had known quirks hehe

This is part of the migration process. IN order to log in, please migrate your account to the new format by following these steps:

Migration process:


1. Close all your Web browser sessions

2. Go to epicweb.epicor.com

3. Enter your old username and password (if you cannot log in, please use web\ in front of your old username)


4. Click Migrate me Now

They have updated to a new sharepoint site so you need to migrate your user ID to it.
BEFORE you migrate, get on your old sharepoint and get any files you have out there.
Took me several hours to get access to the old site back after I migrated.


Epicor REALLY screwed up the support calls area! They put the old calls window back if you access from the search but you need to run Firefox or anything but IE for it to work…

Would have been nice if they notified the users before slamming it on us.

My project manager just told me to expect it to be intermittently out this week. I didn't get an email either though.

I went through the migration steps, I got a completely new username and then it sent me the email with my password.

Now, however, our project site won't let me in with the new username and password. Â I have to close my browser to switch between Epicweb and the Project Site. Â I can use Chrome for some things, but not all the list features are available without using IE.

Epicor REALLY screwed up the support calls area! They put the old calls window back if you access from the search but you need to run Firefox or anything but IE for it to work…
