We have just gone live with Kinetic 2022.2.14.
On our 1st and 2nd cut prior to go live, we had installed and tested (working) the HSBC Std 18 account payable text output file.
Upon go live, this is not working.
Support have said to re-install the CSF’s (done) and any Industry Extensions but I cannot find the above for our version (2022.2).The only version listed on the support site is for 10.1.500.
The initial install was done by Epicor. The install team have said it is now a support issue, and the support team referred me to the vendors’ support team (which is Epicor!), so I am going round in circles.
Does anyone know where I can get the correct installer or which vesion I should be using?
Any help or pointers hugely welcomed.

In the past I have needed to go into Electronic Interface Maintenance click on the Program… button and browse to a different .cs save and then go back to the one I need and save again.
My understanding is the files are part of the CSF. I can see Erp\EI\Payment_UK_HSBCStandard18\Payment_UK_HSBCStandard18.cs available in list of available options.

The .cs does ot seem to be there at all (see screen shot) ?!
Look on the server look in the Web Site Directory and then Server\Erp\EI you should see folders setup by CSF install. On my server I think the one you are looking for is called Payment_UK_HSBCStandard18 and not the name you have in the screen. Try linking to this one.
Found the location you mention, changed the program and now get an output file. Not quite in the correct format - but it looks like we are over the hurdle!

No problem.
If you take a copy of the folder you can then amend the .cs file to adjust the output to what you require.
Once you get it working put another copy in a very safe place and make a note of where that is, the folder structure gets deleted when you upgrade.

Reset the Electronic Interfaces to use “Erp\EI\Payment_UK_HSBCStandard18\Payment_UK_HSBCStandard18.cs”, Checked the payment Methods, and tested the file output.
