In our test environment, MRP was stuck in Scheduled tasks. I stopped and restarted the Database, Process Server and taskAgent. Still stuck in scheduled. Anything else I need to do?
Also check that the password in the Task Agent has not been changed. Both the System Agent in the UI and the Admin Console need to have the same password.

Make sure the System Agent Task AppServer URL references the appropriate Task AppPool Port.
