ERP Analyser, login failed for user

Hello,

When our CAM is running the ERP Analyser he has an error with it’s user I created for them. I comes down to the DB access. They are admin on our server.
I created an account for Epicor as security manager
I created an SQL account in security section but I think it is the reason it is not working…
I noticed security roles which needs to be set. What role should I set it to? I ddo not want to give sysadmin, but if it needs to… so be it. Otherwise can someone provide me with which role to set it ?

That looks like server level, look at the security at the DB level and you can see reader and writer. That’s probably all you need.

Yes.
Found out that the username in the DB had to match the user in Windows. as there is no logins asked …
