Walton Signage is a National Signage Manufacturer located in beautiful San Antonio, TX. We are currently seeking an ERP Analyst to handle the day to day Vantage/Epicor needs.

This position will report to the IT Director.

Description:

The ERP Analyst/Technician will be the key point of contact in developing workflow processes and corresponding reporting, and enhancing the applicability of the Vantage system to the end user. Additionally, this person will be the primary contatct in resolving Vantage related helpdesk cases.

-Responds to and resolves Epicor related helpdesk calls.
-Responsible for Epicor project execution.
-Works with IT Director to develop new ERP process flows.
-Assists in writing BAQ's and Crystal Reports.
-Refreshes SQL database on test server.
-Tests functionality when upgrading versions.
-Tests new patch and service pack releases.
-Works with Epicor tech support to resolve higher level system issues.
-Installs and tests Epicor on new workstation installations.
-Develops and recommends new functionality and workflow practices.
-Ability to communicate with all staff members.



Additional Qualifications:

-Must be well-versed in the Epicor Vantage application.
-2+ years experience with Vantage in a super-user or administrative roll.
-Ability to write queries and reports at the intermediate level.
-Knowledge of Progress 4GL language, SQL queries, and Product Configurator Design is a plus.

Our economy has continued to grow even through the recession. Job loss rates are lower than the national average. The cost of living is 30-40% less than other major cities. (I experienced a 36% reduction in COL after moving here from Chicago 2 years ago!)
