Error creating SSRS in 10.1.400

Update: Fixed.

After installing \SupplementalInstalls\Administration\DatabaseManager\DatabaseManager.exe

The SSRS database successfully installed and is now configured.

Maybe feedback on why this fixed my timing out during the install?

Thanks,

Hello,

After successfully installing the APP SERVERS for 10.1.400, my server is receiving error messages when trying to configure SSRS with W2K12R2 and SQL SRV 2014.

Error message:

CREATE DATABASE Failed.  Some file names listed could not be created.

I am able to access the Report Server via the URL and account running as access to create the database.  The connection is also successful.  Events being trigger after the attempting create are the Windows error reporting service and Software protection service, but no more details.

Thanks!

Looks like a permissions issue, make sure your DB User has full rights to that DB

Thanks for the response Jose, but this user has full access to the database.  It's the same user that installed the Epicor 10 DB.  I confirmed that the report server is working.  You can even create a new report or browse the ReportServer.

It's almost as if it is timing out.

There are no failed logins generated during this process.  It simply hangs out "create SSRS database."

Can someone tell me where the Epicor script to generate the SSRS database is located?

I did not have this problem with our last configuration of 10.0.

Thanks!

More information, but no solution:

When the deploy box is triggered and the "create report database" starts, I can see 4 SSRS[1-4] being created, but when the error messages is generated these files disappear.

Thanks.
