Sounds like we're the first to run into this. Epicor support suggested this problem could be unique to the .322 patch.

Detailed Summary
-----------------------------
Error 74 trying to enter a credit request in RMA processing Steps to Reproduce
---------------------------------
1) Order Mgt > General Ops > RMA Processing
2) Add an RMA in the top box. In the middle box for the detail line, select your SO, open or closed, Selling Return Qty = full or partial line qty.
3) Fill out the RMA Line Receipt. This goes OK.
4) Click the Credit Request tab, click Add button and you are brought to the header screen.
5) Choose a contact, click OK and get the following error message: ** Value -xx cannot be displayed using zz,zzz,zz9.99 (74). The xx is your quantity entered in step 2 above.
6) Click Ok to the error 74 and you are brought to the line entry screen. The Quantity field is all ? marks. At the top, Sales Order Rel fields are 0.
7) Insert a unit price, click ok and you get an Error box with the text "Sales Order line not on file, please reenter". Click OK to it and you just receive the same error message box.
8) Your only choice is to click cancel to get out of the screen. Nothing is saved.
9) You can see this on MNTECH server 5.00.322. Look at RMA 48, dated 6/06/01 for Addison and try to add a credit request.
