We plan to roll out the Kinetic 23.2 web browser version, and I am having an issue when trying to print reports with multiple location report styles (e.g., invoice, PackSlip). I have the same issue with the Epicor default and customised report styles.
We get the error message below when we click on the printer icon.
On the app server, the event log shows the error message below:

I can close the error message and print without a problem. This only happens on the web browser; it does not when using the client.
We have the same issue on 22.1 when we test the web version. We downloaded Edge Agent from Company Maintenance and installed it.
I have tried to add the “/” in front of the report location (as suggested in the error message), but it does not change anything.
Has anyone had this problem before? Any ideas?
