Error Starting AdminService 9.1C

Does this machine also have Vantage 5.0 running on it? Are you planning to use Procontrol or Progress Explorer tool?

I just installed Vantage 5.1 on my Test machine -- WIN2K SP2.

For some reason the AdminService 9.1C and ProService for 9.1C returns errors
when I attempt to start them -- Could not start xxxx service on Local
Computer. Error 3. The System cannot find the path specified.

Any ideals.. or do I have to re-install from scratch.
