Expense Payments Hiding PO Tracker

A suggestion, not sure how well it will work for the supplier tracker
screen: Create a supplier group (or UD field) to indicate which
suppliers are employees. Create a security group for users allowed to
view employee suppliers. Then create a BPM on Vendor.GetByID (?) that
throws an exception if the supplier is an employee and the user isn't in
that security group - should prevent viewing of any info.

We are trying to figure out a way to hide expense payments in Supplier
Tracker. Hiding the field (amount) is not an option because it is very
useful to see how much we have paid our suppliers.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to hide certain suppliers from showing
up in Supplier Tracker?

We do not want our employees to see expense payments of other employees.

I had the same requesst. The only thing I could figure out was to apply
security to the Payments tab that would only allow certain users to retrieve
the data, everyone else receives an Access Denied message. Users can still
pull up the Supplier record for employees, but they cannot see the payment
information.
