Experience with Upgreade to Vantage 8

Do you have a test environment setup? Separate server with a copy of your
live data. To my it guy 2 weeks to get a migration path that worked.
Have you created a testing script to test core functionality in v6 vs. v8?
I need to do mine yet :)

To be honest, my boss was BLINDLY pushing v8 I should him how slow it is so
we are going to wait a little longer maybe during the summer.
