Exporting to Mattec

Hello
We are currently testing the connection of Epicor and MES together. We are using our Test database. My Export to Mattec is not working. It is going into the Scheduled Tasks instead of Active then to History. It was working fine two weeks ago.

May want to check to make sure your Task Agent is running on your Test machine. Can you run other reports? (Shortest to test is the Book Listing)

I cannot run any reports. I can’t open anything I can’t view a PO. That goes in scheduled also
I am not sure what I am looking for in the system agent.

Sounds like your Task Agent isn’t running or is hanging. If you’re on-prem, you can restart it from the Services menu:
