Failure sending mail: One or more errors occurred

Hi,

SSRS Subscription getting error. failure sending mail.

Anyone can help on this,

Check your mail settings on your SQL server. The report could be broke as well.

@kylepbsps

Same like we mapped, still same error.

For SSRS precise Error, you must need to read the SSRS Log Files. This is generally available at : C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS13.EPICOR\Reporting Services\LogFiles

OR you may also look into SQL Server Error Logs (Database Mail)

We need to untick Use secure connection it is not happening. Just now checked with Coligs, Need to untick the secure connection. Can you help with this

Your mail server probably requires a secure connection. You will have to setup an internal mail relay if you want to get around that. SMTP.

The “Use secure connection” check box appears(and is always checked), when the type is “Username and password”

Have you tried with Authentication: “No authentication” ??

Do you have email setup (and working) in the E10 App (in the Company Maintenance)??

Try those settings in Reporting Services Config Manager

I don’t use BAQ Reports, but for custom Epicor reports, you normally need to rely on the Epicor task agent or create a custom process in Epicor.

@ckrusen
Same settings only having not working but not working in SSRS

@kylepbsps
ya you are correct, our internal email settings not requires secure connection is there. Same setup need to work .

Did you find the Logs? Or Event Viewer ? If the given configuration suppose to work, then it should.
sometimes, the credentials get mistyped (basic thing) and we start digging the mountains.
