Filtering Multi Resource Scheduling board

Great minds think alike Nancy, I tried that early on but you're correct since it's based on resource group a BAQ on JobHead doesn't work.

Thanks for trying.

Does anyone know if it's possible to filter the jobs that show up on the Multi Resource Scheduling board? Â Our shop supervisors would like to see only released jobs on scheduling board, but I can't see an easy way to do this.

I do love a good puzzle!    click on the "list" tab.  Right click & show grid filters.  Click on the funnel over job number.  Add "does not start with" M.  It won't work if you have unreleased jobs that start with something other than MRP, but if they do it works just fine.

Thanks for the input Georgia. Â Great idea, unfortunately this only updates the grid List view. Â They'd like to be able to see the it on the graphical Schedule tab.

Thanks,

Hi Norman,

I had thought that maybe a quick search or BAQ search might help.  However, I don't think it will since they return the Resource that is on a released job, and not just released jobs for the Resource ID.  I get nowhere with it.

Sorry~ I suspect you'll need to do something a little more complex with code to get it.
