Hi Bob, I have a column in my income statement next to the monthly figures
called % of Sales. I want the column to return the division of that row by the
total Sales which is somewhere in a row configure as Total Sales. They tell me I
have to use the column as Comparative but that I need to combine it with a row
as type Ratio%. Also, I was wondering if I can put lines before each total on
the report. Thanks for your help.

I think I can give you a hand if I know what you're saying. You want every row
to have a column that is percent of total, correct? If so, you need to add a
column, of type variance. Then in the variance between columns section, choose
the total column, and the amount of the total you wish to have a percentage of,
then check show as percent.
