I like this type of feedback for Vantage!
It is showing that most of you think that Vantage is a good product!
I am curious however on the implementation process on WHO did the
implementation.
Was it Epicor, Yourself (Internal), or an independent outside consulting
firm.
This would be helpful information for others going through this to make a
better decision on which way to do their implementations.

i would rate as follows:
Vantage: 85/100
Our implementation 65/100
we are still working on implementing visual scheduling, and payroll. QA
module still seems something of a mystery at times, everything else very
smooth. our implementation score will be higher shortly as we are about
to
turn on vis sched, and we anticipate this will go smoothly.
imho, quick, clean implementation worked much better for us than trying to
run parallel, or one module at a time.
