There is a job with an unapproved labor transaction at the end of 2020. We are just trying to close the job now and do not want to do any changes to 2020 because the books for that year are considered closed. Is there a way to force the job to close regardless of the unapproved labor?
If the labor transaction is still in an E “entered” status, delete the transaction from the job under the employee’s account in Time and Expense Entry. If the transaction is S "submitted, then recall the transaction and then delete.
The system will not allow us to delete the transaction. It is stating that it is still active. I cannot access it via MES to correct it that way either. I am stuck. I cannot submit nor delete.
