Cloud uses ftps which is marginally better than ftp.

Mark, interesting on the Approved Cloud providers, I’m curious how many of them are likely to be able to take on issues with patch versions without requiring constant irritating and hours of “this is the problem”
anyone else getting “nothing has been changed” yet something broke overnight business? at the very least send key internal staff notifications of tweaks.
