I have some users whom expirement having some forms being shown with english instead of french. (not all forms but a subset..and not all the same forms.)
How can I resolve this ?
I am setting the following in the account:
And in the config file I selected
Culture code = frc
LogonCultureName = fr-CA
And still some forms shows with English wordings…
What else can I do ???

I may or may not be able to help with this; but I think maybe more information is required for the forum… Are you talking SRSS forms or reports, or various displays that are part of the Kinetic Modules? What are the specific “forms” that are the problem.

It is not the same forms between users who have the issue…

Do you have the language pack or just the language translation with the CFS? We found that those were not created equal when trying to have forms display in spanish for our production team. We had to get the language pack separately. Additionally the user can change it from their screen as well in their settings.
how do I know if I have the language pack ? or not ? we can choose languages in Epicor between frc or enu
In our Belgium company, we can switch languages and the forms will print in those languages but not everything translates. Similarly, non-custom menu information will also translate for ID tags. The data itself does not translate. What our team there has done instead is typed it in, in the language that it needs to display in.
