Fortis Document Management and Vantage

Does anyone use Fortis Document Management to connect to query Vantage?
We recently purchased this product for our accounts payable invoices and
checks. They seem to be having issues getting it to query directly
through the ODBC connection. If anyone uses this is there a recommended
setup for this product?
