From BAQ to Email: Automatically

So, we have a little BAQ with some basic info for a customer we’d like to send via email, automatically everyday at 6pm. This is where I get a little fuzzy on the b est way of doing this. Any ideas?

1. Make it a BAQ report.
2. “Print” the report, (just bring up the print window. You can do this in the BAQ Report Maintenance)
3. Set the format for the reports attachment (PDF, Excel, etc…)
4. Select a schedule, and mark the “Recurring” checkbox
5. Select the email tool
6. Enter the info in the email dialog
7. click ok.

The email is now scheduled to run using the schedule selected, and will send the email at that time, and reschdule it to keep happening.

Scheduled Task - Report to print

Launch the report normally. Select a schedule Make it reoccuring Enter a note (it helps identify it on the Sys Task Monitor) Select a format for the attachment Click the email button [image] Fill in the SSRS Email / Fax window, and click OK.
