Fulfillment Workbench Error (Object reference not set to an instance of an object.) 2022.1.3

We keep getting this error when running fulfillment workbench. It’s intermittent and I’m not able to recreate it on purpose. Does anyone have ideas on how I can troubleshoot this issue?
