Fulfillment Workbench - Orders

Our Shipping department is attempting to use the Kinetic FFWB (un-modified) and reports “seeing more and more frequently that after I pull an order or line from search into the workbench, nothing pulls in. If I close the application and reopen it, then it works fine. I’m getting this at least once or twice a day.”

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

That’s odd, we’ve not seen this issue and we use non customized FFWB

Are they using the client? Try using the browser.

I don’t have a solution, but I wanted to validate that they’re not crazy. I’ve seen this with several of my customers. It seems to be more common if they try and bring in thousands of lines.

Kinetic grids freak out with if there are too many rows of data. I’ve seen in in dashboards and other forms

I don’t suppose they have grouping turned on?
