Fulfilment Priority in Sales Order?

So this is a solutioning question just spit balling trying to get to a good answer. We went live today 150+ orders all need to ship.

We have some “rush” orders in the midst that need to bubble up… any ideas how we can communicate to the Warehouse / Fulfilment that these need to go first?

I see in fulfilment workbench there is a Fulfilment Sort by Priority but how do we set that?

I don’t know what priority is either, but if that doesn’t work I thought that this would be able to help with things like this, but again, I may be misunderstanding the fulfillment workbench.

You’re probably asking once it’s in fulfillment workbench how do you sort it by priority… so that functionality doesn’t solve that…

Yes problem is how do we know what to do first (even with automated rules) there should be some “indicator”

I don’t see any fulfillment priority in our sales orders - header line or release.

Maybe something at customer level instead?
EDIT - customer table has a reservation priority field
EDIT 2 - no I didn’t post-edit this for brownie points lol

Found it!!
Reservation Priority Maintenance
Lets you create priorities

Then in the Sales Order (Order Hed) you can set the Reservation Priority then you can use that Sort in Fulfilment Workbench

Looks like it was recently added because its available in the Kinetic Screen(Order Entry)

Nice!

Nice, thanks for sharing Jose! Now the hard part is everyone saying everything is HIGH priority

Meh, not my horse or my farm I gave them a tool, if everything is urgent then nothing is urgent.
