We have one client tetra Infotech. Tey purchased the epicor 9 software without the production module. They want to post the COS of the material while doing the sales process. They dont have the Capture COS/WIP process option in their menu since it is available in production module. So I created a separate menu option for the same and run the Capture COS/WIP process. evening if the posting process is compleating with out erros the journal entry is not created and the account is not getting affected. how can we solve the issue?
