I think they should move it out a couple of months to January or
February so those of us who live in the northeast can warm up for a few
days.

Subject: [Vantage] FYI - Perspectives 2009
One of the topics in the monthly Vantage Leadership Council phone
conference today was Perspectives. I can't write details (yet) for the
rest of the topics but one item that came up was the Perspectives
conference. I just received a confirmation that it is on the Epicor web
site that the next one will be back at Caesars but several weeks later
than usual due to a space conflict at Caesars. The dates will be
November 7-11. Also, I think it is OK to say (so I will anyway) there
was discussion about the impact of Epicor 9 as a product on the
conference, with several product lines merged into it, and how it will
be represented there...much as Vantage/Vista has been a separate track.
Suggestion...checkerboard tablecloths for Epicor 9? Also....larger rooms
for 9 sessions.
2009 may be challenge for many to attend unless business picks up for a
lot of manufacturers. Hopefully not a repeat of 2001's conference.
