Generation Process error when Processing Payments

Has anyone seen this issue before when trying to Process Payments? It reads “Cannot print the report while the generation process is running.”, but there’s no current tasks in the system monitor so I’m not sure what process it’s referring to.

This is for an EI ACH file generation, which is new, but it doesn’t prompt this error in the test environment.

how did you manage to sort this error out please?

If you use a BAQ to pull all rows from the RvLock table you should see a row stuck in there for processing payments. If you put in a ticket with Epiccare and send them the output of that BAQ they can send you a data fix which will remove it.
