You could double check that all the connections within the service connect workflow still exist and that none were broken. It might be that new fields were added that may need to be connected within the workflow as well.
If those are the case, the consultant should look at it. If those are fine then Epicor may need to look at it.

Subject: [Vantage] GetaNewUD20 Error after upgrade to 10.0.700.4
I have a Service Connect workflow created by a consultant that imports parts and BOM from Solidworks. It was running fine in 10.0.700.3 but after the upgrade, all parts throw a "Please use GetaNewUD20" error.
After the upgrade, I let the E10 client update on the SC server and then reimported the .Net references. Is there something else I missed or is this a coding error?
I am waiting for responses from both the consultant and Epicor...just wondering who I should be prodding for a fix.
