getDefaults in HelpDesk

On the case entry screen, I want to create a new getDefaults event to always set the defaults to true to avoid the annoying pop up asking if you want to set the default to true.

Where can I hook this new event too and disable to old getDefaults for the case entry page?

I made a copy of getDefaults. Set the Event/Override/getDefaults

It gives me an error. What I am trying to do is set the get defaults to true so it doesn’t open the slider.
