Global parts connection

We have multi company and just added a 3rd company. For some reason I cannot get global parts/suppliers to push into that new company. From the parent company I’ve run the multi company direct server process with no luck. However, I noticed this new company is not listed in company selection (on the filter tab) when running this process.

I’ve done a lot of searching and have run out of options. Any ideas what we are missing?

Did you set the new company up in External Company Configuration?

Thank you! External Company Maintenance did the trick. I searched through instructions and never found any mention of this step…I knew it had to be something simple.
