Globar Alert - Receipt has faild Inspection

Anyone know of any BPM templates that will help me out with this?

Sorry, this probably doesn't help you...
I have had inconsistent behavior with global alerts in 8.03.409C and 9.04.506C

Too bad, because there are some things I'd really like.
Besides the inconsistency, they don't lend themselves to customization.

I've been using BAMs or BPMs for alerts instead.
